The Italian Sidecar is a zesty twist on the classic Sidecar, swapping traditional lemon juice for limoncello. It blends brandy, orange liqueur, and limoncello for a smooth, citrusy, and slightly sweet cocktail with a bright Italian flair.

To make a Italian Sidecar, you’ll need:
- Coupé or martini glass (chilled)
- Cocktail shaker
- Jigger (for measuring)
- Strainer
- Ice cubes
- Small plate (for sugaring the rim, optional)
- Knife & cutting board (for lemon twist garnish)
Ingredients
- 30ml - Iannetelli Limoncello
- 45ml brandy (or Cognac)
- 15ml triple sec (or Cointreau)
Garnish
- Sugar (for rimming, optional)
- Lemon twist (for garnish)
Method
Rim half the glass with sugar by running a lemon wedge along the edge and dipping it in sugar.
Then In a cocktail shaker, add brandy, limoncello, triple sec, and ice. Shake well for about 15 seconds until chilled. Strain into the prepared glass. Finally Garnish with a lemon twist.
