To make a Amalfi Bloom, you’ll need:
- Coupé or Rocks glass (or an old-fashioned glass)
- Cocktail shaker
- Jigger (for measuring)
- Strainer
- Ice cubes
- Knife & cutting board (for lemon twist garnish)
Ingredients
- 50ml - Iannetelli limoncello
- 25ml - gin (or vodka, for a lighter profile)
- 15ml - crème de violette
- 15ml - lavender syrup
- Tonic water
- Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
Garnish
- Lemon twist (for garnish)
Method
In a cocktail shaker fill with ice, add limoncello, gin, crème de violette, fresh lemon juice, and lavender syrup. Shake well for about 15 seconds. Then strain into a chilled chosen glass and top up with Tonic water or sparkling water. Garnish with a sprig of lavender or a lemon twist.
