To make a Lemon drop, you’ll need:

  • Martini glass (chilled)
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Jigger (for measuring)
  • Strainer 
  • Ice cubes
  • Knife & cutting board (for lemon garnish)
  • Small plate (for sugaring the rim)

Ingredients

Garnish

  • Sugar (for rimming the glass)
  • Lemon wheel or twist (for garnish)

Method

Rim a chilled martini glass with sugar. In a cocktail shaker, add vodka, lemon juice, Iannetelli's limoncello and ice. Shake well for about 15 seconds until chilled. Strain into the prepared martini glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel or twist.
