Limoncello Spritz

A Limoncello Spritz is a refreshing Italian cocktail made with limoncello, Prosecco, and soda water. Light, bubbly, and citrusy, it’s perfect for warm days and aperitivo hours. Served over ice with a lemon slices and mint garnish, it’s an easy, elegant drink with a taste of the Amalfi Coast.

To make a Limoncello Spritz, you’ll need:

  • Wine glass (or a large balloon glass)
  • Jigger (for measuring)
  • Bar spoon (for gentle stirring)
  • Ice cubes
  • Knife & cutting board (for lemon garnish)

  • Slice of Lemon

Method

First add two ice cubes to your glass. Then, pour in 40ml of our fine limoncello with 80ml of lemon soda. After, top up with your chosen Prosecco. Give a gentle stir... Then garnish with a spring of mint and a slice of lemon.
